Study On Rural Tourism Governance In Shihe Town,Qinhuangdao,Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has made rural revitalization a national strategy,and has put it on the agenda of the Party and the government.The integrated development and modernization of agricultural rural industry has become an important basic project,which provides an important theoretical guidance for the development of rural tourism in the new era and gives rural tourism a new mission and opportunity.Compared with foreign countries,China's rural tourism started relatively late,rising in the 1980 s,the 1990 s began to develop rapidly,has gone through more than 30 years of development.Developing rural tourism is an important way to promote agriculture,enrich farmers,and develop rural areas.It is of great significance to promote the rapid development of rural economy and society,the adjustment of rural industrial structure and the construction of urban-rural integration.Based on the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper focuses on the rural tourism in Shihe town,Qinhuangdao.Using the methods of literature research,Comparative Analysis,Investigation and Research.Firstly,it studies the relevant theories of rural tourism governance,and the core concept is defined.Secondly,the paper analyzes the advantages and development of rural tourism in Shihe town,and finds out the existing problems of rural tourism in Shihe town.Thirdly,it analyzes the causes of these problems: lack of scientific and effective planning,weak government support,propaganda methods to be improved,the quality of employees is not high,conservative and backward ideas.This paper,by using the method of horizontal comparison and combining the domestic and foreign advanced management experience,probes into the relevant countermeasures for the rural tourism management of Shihe town: making clear the development orientation,strengthening the support,enhancing the propaganda effect,introducing the talents and technology,and innovating the development thought,to promote the long-term development of rural tourism in Shihe town,Qinhuangdao.
