In the 21 st century,our country government response of textile and garment industry put forward the strategy of "going out",began to develop independent clothing brand clothing enterprises in China,and actively expand international operation strategy,aiming to take the products are sold to the international market.But because our country clothing brand as a whole on the international visibility is very low,so the international operation is very difficult.In the development of clothing brand internationalization,Youngor is relatively successful,but there are also many problems in the process of its international operation.Therefore,the purpose of this study is in order to promote the internationalization of Youngor clothing brand.This article take the Youngor as an example,on the basis of the theory of brand internationalization and internationalization management related theory.Firstly this paper on the basis of summing up the Youngor international development and its main international strategy taking.This article from overseas sales export structure,the international market and overseas sales channel distribution Youngor clothing product to analyze the Youngor clothing brand internationalization management of the status quo,and pointed out the problems existing in the process of international operation.Secondly this article analysis Youngor clothing brand competitiveness of international operation.Then the article discussed internal conditions and external environment during Youngor international operation process using SWOT situation analysis,and established SWOT matrix.Finally,based on the SWOT matrix,from the angle of strategy SO for Youngor international operation strategy of the implementation of the proposed the corresponding strategy.
