YOUNGOR brand development after thirty years of development, has become a famous brand in China, into the international clothing brand in the process, due to the lack of unique brand culture, and the emergence of development bottleneck. In this paper, through a lot of research on YOUNGOR market, analyzes the problems existing in the development, and compare with other clothing brands at home and abroad, the brand culture in the building of the deficiencies, and learn from the development experience of the construction of the case of excellent brand and brand culture, the Chinese traditional tea culture into the brand culture construction of YOUNGOR. Through the study of tea culture and literature and visits, and workers engaged in tea related exchanges, collecting various information about tea culture, tea culture as a starting point for improving the brand culture, with its spiritual connotation and tea elements into the YOUNGOR brand culture, the brand has a long-term development of the brand throughout culture.
