With the continuous development of society,China's economy has grown by leaps and bounds,and people's living standards have been continuously improved.Tourism has become an indispensable way of decompression and life entertainment in more and more families.China has moved from a major Asian tourist country to a world tourism powerhouse.China's tourism industry has very good prospects.Then the satisfaction of tourists directly affects the competition of tourist destinations,so it is necessary to improve the revisiting rate of tourists and improve the overall service level of the tourism industry.Only by fully improving the facilities and service systems in the fields of eating,living,traveling,traveling,purchasing and entertainment can we fully enhance the satisfaction of tourists in the scenic spots.This paper takes tourists from Qingyan Temple Scenic Spot in Beizhen City,Liaoning Province as the research object,and uses the evaluation index of tourist satisfaction to extract the six aspects of eating,living,traveling,shopping,purchasing and entertainment in Qingyan Temple Scenic Spot in Beizhen City of 36 factors(the entertainment factor mainly refers to the satisfaction of religious blessing).Using the EXCEL chart analysis method,it is concluded that there are many women among the tourists in the scenic spot.According to the survey of the dining conditions near the scenic spot,the tourists are satisfied with the service efficiency.The survey of accommodation conditions near the scenic spot shows that the tourists are satisfied with the price of the accommodation.The traffic survey of the scenic spot shows that the tourists are satisfied with the traffic price.The survey of the scenic spots shows that the tourists are satisfied with the ticket price.The survey ofthe shopping situation in the scenic spot shows that the tourists are satisfied with the service attitude,and the religious prayer survey of the scenic spot shows Tourists are more satisfied with Shangxiang Baifo.Using SPSS software,Factor analysis was performed on 36 indicator factors for the overall satisfaction of Qingyan Temple in Beizhen City.According to the principle that the larger the load is and the closer the variable is,the factor with the load greater than 0.85 is selected.The high and low sub-factors on the indicator factor f1 are the dining environment,food hygiene,sightseeing price,accommodation hygiene,and sightseeing environment.The sub-factors on the indicator factor f2 from high to low are commodity quality,religious beliefs,shopping environment,and service efficiency.Therefore,the Qingyan Temple scenic spot in Beizhen City is more focused on the factors affecting the environmental sanitation,scenic products and religious lottery.According to the analysis results,combined with the development plan of tourism in Beizhen City,Suggested improvement strategies such as improving the hygiene of the dining environment and dishes,improving the accommodation environment,improving the environmental sanitation of the scenic spot,increasing the number of vehicles arriving at the scenic spot,and strictly controlling the price of buying incense and the cost of religious activities.
