The development and progress in the internet era and the wide application of non-cash payment means have led to profound changes in the trading habits of customers.The traditional cash supply chain management model of commercial Banks based on storing massive goods and a large number of prepayments cannot adapt to the current demand of refined cash management and diversified service of customers.With the trend of integration development of online and offline business model,cash business of the commercial bank is still given priority to manual operation,standardization and automation of traditional cash supply chain management model is relatively low.Separation of material flow and information flow,systematic and effective information control method can not implement effectively leading to increasingly prominent problems in efficiency,operational risk,customer service,cost control and so on of real cash in logistics and the problems exposed need to be solved by establishing the informationized cash supply chain management system.Based on current situation of cash supply chain management by domestic commercial Bank,this essay takes the cash supply chain management model of ICBC bank,a state-owned commercial bank,as the research object,analyzes the causes of existing problems,and puts forward corresponding counter measures and Suggestions.This essay firstly introduces the cash supply chain management mode of ICBC bank,and analyzes the problems exposed in operation risk,logistics efficiency and cost management.Secondly,to solve these problems,this essay puts forward the integrated use of mobile internet,internet of things,biometric recognition and other technology to optimize information systems of banks,and use the method of three exponential smoothing mathematical modeling to forecast and analyze cash needs.And give suggestions such as implementing informationized organization,intelligent deploy and systematic management on cash flow.
