Research On Application Of Six Sigma In JS Company's Quality Improvement

In recent years,SMT(Mounted Technology Surface),the representative of electronic assembly technology has been widely used in the manufacturing process of electronic products.But with the development of miniaturization,integration and high density of electronic products,the Requirement of quality and precision in SMT process are becoming higher and higher.In the manufacture of electronic products and SMT production,the highest quality goal is "zero defect",it is the ideal state of the industry,and it is the direction of many enterprises too.However,due to the impact of various factors,one hundred percent pass rate is also very difficult to completed,and quality defects are very difficult to avoid.Under the background of quality requirements of customer are continue to increase,at the end of 80 s in the last century,Motorola company proposed the management method of 6Sigma,this method basis on data analysis,customer satisfaction as the goal,pull together a series of scientific management tools and methods,to fit the changes of the current quality management,it has made great the achievements in the practical application,to pointed out the direction of improvement for many companies,compared with the traditional method of quality management,6Sigma has obvious advantages in the scientific,systematic and operability.This paper introduces the management theory of Six Sigma,the improvement process and the implementation method of DMAIC in the Six Sigma theory.On the basis of introducing the theory of 6Sigma,this paper analyzes the present situation of 6Sigma management in China and abroad.through the analysis the quality management of JS,put forward the necessity and feasibility of implementing 6Sigma management in the production process of JS company,the five steps "DMAIC" of Six Sigma solve the production of "PCBA hit scrap" in JS company.Finally,to evaluated the results of the 6Sigma management project,and summarized the whole process of improvement.In this paper,through the analyse the implementation of 6Sigma management method of JS company,to explore the solution scheme currently lack of quality management,at the same time to determine the safeguard measures for the foundation of the improvement scheme,in order to deepen the company management operation provides a clear direction.
