With the continuous development of China's social and economic development,the state of the power enterprise's requirements continue to improve.In addition,China's electric power system reform,the market continues to advance,but also to the development of power enterprises has brought great challenges.In this context,the electric power enterprise's demand for its employees is increasing,which makes the staff's psychological pressure is also growing,and even lead to mental health problems.Because of the particularity of electric power enterprises,whether the normal operation of electric power enterprises is directly related to the development of economy and the stability of society,and the unhealthy psychology of employees will have a significant impact on the effective operation of power grid.In order to solve the problems of employees' thoughts and mental problems,the power companies have introduced the employee assistance program(EAP)project in succession.In the process of EAP project development,the enterprise found how to scientifically and effectively assess the effectiveness of the project implementation,and become one of the challenges of the project effective landing.Each enterprise will be based on their own characteristics of the enterprise to develop in line with their own business characteristics of EAP services,so the assessment of the EAP is difficult to implement standardized operation.In this paper,the research object of PG company is a large power supply enterprises under the jurisdiction of the southern Power Grid Corp.But as many of the implementation of EAP enterprise,PG company's EAP implementation effect evaluation of the existence of a lack of scientific indicators system.This paper takes the PG company as the research object,the actual demand from the EAP to evaluate the effect of combination of G's EAP implementation features,based on the analysis of the current situation and problems in the evaluation of EAP project of PG company as well as the effect of EAP on the advanced research results according to company requirements for EAP project evaluation and the implementation effect of EAP the comprehensive use of AHP method,established the PG company EAP implementation effect evaluation index system,to evaluate the effect of EAP effectively,and provide the basis for improving the implementation of EAP project.
