With the development of the knowledge economy era, companies pay more and more attention to the importance of talent, talent has become the core competitiveness of enterprises and the source of development. People has been more and more concerned of recruitment, which is a starting point of human resource management and the input channel of talent. Effective recruitment can not only add fresh blood to businesses, promote the rational flow of human resources and improve human resource potential, but also improve the quality and quantity of talent, lay the foundation to enhance their performance. While effectively recruiting can reduce employee turnover rate and enhance their internal cohesion, but also relates to the set of corporate image..The importance of recruitment to the company’s human resource management and even the company’s future development is obvious, but the current business recruitment still has many problems, high recruitment costs, long cycle evaluation system, unqualified applicant evaluation system and the incompatibility of recruiting personnel and position requirements. The recruitment ideas of companies just stay in "hire someone", but have not form a final evaluation and summary of the recruitment process. This leads to the low level of recruitment process effectiveness. To solve this problem, we need to establish the validity of the evaluation of business recruitment, such as recruitment results, recruiters’quality and fitness with jobs, recruitment costs and other aspects to build the overall evaluation of the validity of the recruitment process.Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is a combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, a system analysis method which combines comprehensive qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. The method is based on the analytic hierarchy process and improved on the main idea to use the analytic hierarchy process complex problem decomposition, to build multi-target multi-level model and determine the weight of each index evaluation index system weight, while avoiding analyzed using AHP Evaluation limitations, and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the fuzzy index to get assessed. Since the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is proposed, it is widely used in the decision making and evaluation work.This paper shows the optimization design of the evaluation model of the effectiveness of the recruitment process based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, which thereby greatly enhance the effectiveness of the recruitment and truly make the transition of "hire someone" to "hire someone right", and eventually lay the foundation to achieve the goal of overall management for the enterprise.
