In the process of rapid development of garment industry,it is also accompanied by continuous innovation and improvement of clothing brand marketing strategy,and gradually formed a unique pattern and experience.Brand marketing strategy is of great significance for the clothing enterprises,not only related to the current situation of enterprise management,but also related to the future development of enterprises,adopt smart marketing strategy,will be an important topic for garment enterprises must think.In this paper,the application of marketing theory on the marketing situation of Shenzhen R company T brand women's market are described,in the paper,through environmental analysis,literature review,interviews found that the current price in the brand strategy,product positioning,marketing strategy and marketing channels and the changing market do not match,some biased,so the need for at present the market make constant adjustments to meet the market's demand,and find a solution,this paper analyzes the T brand women's position within the industry,competition environment,marketing situation,the last chapter according to the research conclusion,put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to develop T brand women's marketing,provide the reference and experience for the R company to enhance women's marketing level,but also to other similar industries in the development of brand marketing strategy,provide a Definite reference meaning.
