Research On The Manufacturing Process Sensor And Self-collaboration Management Manners Based On The Internet Of Workshop Things

With the development of information technology and network technology,intelligent manufacturing has become the development direction of the manufacturing industry.This proposes intelligent requirements for the agility of the reaction speed and the efficiency and accuracy of management decisions.Self-collaboration management is an attempt of intelligent workshop management aiming to improve the dynamic response capability of the system.And data acquisition is it's base which provides an effective manner of information sensing for the self-cooperative management.Researches on information sensing and self-cooperative management of manufacturing process have been done to improve the ability of dynamic response and self-collaboration decision in this paper.Firstly,the architecture of information sensing system in intelligent workshop is designed to realize real-time data collection and transmission.Secondly,the data is packaged as original events using XML language,and the original events are aggregated into complex events.At the same time,XML data is converted to relational data for storage.Three kinds of self-cooperation management manners,Interactive,Imperative and Alert,have been proposed on the basis of real-time data acquisition and event sensing.Three different examples have been used to validate and analyse these manners.In the example of active real-time scheduling based on the improved adaptive genetic algorithm,the interactive self-cooperation management manner is used to optimize the processing path of the workpiece.In the example of tool wear monitoring based on acoustic emission signal,the alert self-cooperative management manner is used to make the management system respond to the tool abnormally in time.In the case of production resources preparation,imperative management manner is used to generate the material list and procure shortage material.Different self-cooperative management manners cooperate with each other and improve the informationization and intelligentization of the manufacturing workshop.The C/S model of data acquisition terminal and B/S model of manufacturing process information sensing and self-collaboration management is developed with J2 EE.This system has completed the real-time data acquisition in the workshop and the acquisition and sensing of key events and the self-collaboration management of the workshop.
