With the rapid advancement of information communication technologies,the industrial manufacturing system is taking on great changes.During this tendency,the concept of smart factory is proposed,which promotes the convergences of industrial manufacturing,cloud computing and big data.It uses Cyber-Physical System to intellectualize and digitalize the production,management and sale,and finally leads to agile,effective and personalized product supply chains.At present,although the domestic manufacturing industry has made considerable progress,it is facing the challenge of industrial upgrading in the new situation.In addition,with the development of economy and society as well as the arrival of the era of mobile Internet,consumers tend to make use of mobile terminal for experience personalized product service.This thesis is focusing on the research of the information infrastructure for customization-oriented intelligent manufacturing systems.The market tendency shift towards customized products as well as the envisioned research hotspots in manufacturing are comprehensively taken into accounts for this target.The reference concepts and architecture defined in the ?Industrie 4.0? are applied as the guidelines of this thesis.An intelligent candy packaging system is utilized as the physical platform of the proposed information infrastructure to turn the envisions of this thesis to reality.In this paper,the main contributions are as follows:Firstly,the thesis elicits the rationale and requirements for a new information architecture in manufacturing systems via analysis of the emerging control strategies during the production process as well as the shifting tendencies of consumption nowadays.The concept of customization-oriented information infrastructure is accordingly proposed and applied as the back bone of an intelligent candy packaging system.The hierarchical style is leveraged for the construction of the architecture,and the functional requirements and supporting technologies for each sub-system on the specific layer are explored.Secondly,the human-machine information interactions are regarded for implementing interpretations of customization orders.The communication patterns between the cloud services layer and the mobile end-points services layer are analyzed.A mobile application on the Android platform is developed for customized ordering from potential users.The Web Services technology is employed to realize the design of programming interfaces and information transmission mechanisms.Thirdly,the information interaction and management mechanism between the factory-floor manufacturing system and the cloud services layer are considered.Based on the hardware of manufacturing system,the implementation mechanism of flexible production is designed.Enabled by the mass data processing capability of cloud layer,a flexible information interpreting and production planning can be established.In this way,cloud-assisted intelligent regulations can be realized.Lastly,in this thesis,the feasibility of the interactive mechanism and software system of the intelligent candy packaging system are verified by showcasing the customization ordering,workshop production and information query & data management in the scenario of intelligent candy packaging system.
