Research On Contrat Of Company H With Product Green Degree

At present,the pace of development has been greatly accelerated.Environmental pollution is serious and environmental protection is grim.It's in this context,the green consciousness of the government,big entrepreneurs and consumers drives the green trend of the supply chain,and the traditional supply chain is transforming into the green supply chain.As the carrier of green supply chain,green product runs through the whole supply chain,and the former revenue sharing contract has also been given new requirements to improve the green degree of products.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following four aspects: First,the relevant theoretical research including green supply chain,supply chain contract and risk decision.Then,this paper introduces the overall situation of H company and the present situation of purchasing management,and puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of the existing purchasing contract.Third,we discuss the game model of centralized and decentralized decision-making with different retailer's risk attitudes,so does a comparative analysis of the optimal solution in a two stage supply chain market which is composed of one manufacturer and one retailer.It is found that we can not achieve the optimal supply chain solution by the existing contract,and revenue sharing cost sharing contract can make the supply chain revenue achieve the overall optimum solution,while improving the product green degree.So,It is necessary to start up a revenue&cost sharing contract.Finally,this paper carries out the practical application of contract design model,and gives the optimal range of the sharing parameters,the calculation results show that the contract designed in this paper has a better pertinence,improves the green level of product and the whole revenue of supply chain effectively.
