With the development of the market economy,the opportunities and challenges of construction enterprises coexist,the development of the construction business environment is difficult,and the competition is fierce.The competition between construction enterprises is essentially the competition among talents,so it is necessary for construction enterprises to strengthen human resources management.Construction enterprises are characterized by labor-intensive,personnel mobility,and labor demand.This determines the human resource management of China's construction enterprises has great particularities.The existing human resource management theory is for the construction industry with industry specificity.It is also not fully applicable,and it also imposes higher requirements on the human resources management of construction companies.The fundamental problem of human resource management is to attract talents,retain talents,and enable talents to play their roles and values.The human resources ecological environment of ZJ construction enterprises and their construction plans and strategies are generally representative in the industry.By evaluating the human resources ecological environment of ZJ construction enterprises,and studying its characteristics and experience of human resources ecological construction,it can provide reference for building enterprises to attract talents,retain talents and exert the value of talents.Based on the characteristics of construction enterprises and the characteristics of construction products,this paper takes ZJ construction enterprises as the research model,and starts from the current situation of human resources management of construction enterprises,discusses the real status of human resources management in construction enterprises,and the causes of many problems.Through field research,literature research,questionnaire survey and other research methods,this paper has established the human resources management evaluation index system ofconstruction enterprises,the hypothesis model of human resources ecological environment of construction enterprises,and applied the structural equation method and AMOS22.0 software to the hypothetical model.The verification has established a more rational cognition and evaluation of the human resources ecological environment of ZJ construction enterprises and the entire construction industry.This paper finds through research:(1)Human resource management evaluation of construction enterprises:based on the typical,dynamic,concise and quantifiable principles of evaluation indicators,it is constructed from four levels of indicators: external environment,enterprise mechanism,talent quality and human resource management performance.The evaluation index system adopts AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to more accurately grasp the ecological environment of human resources management of construction enterprises,thus providing an accurate path for the construction and improvement of human resources ecological environment,and further researching the human resources of construction enterprises.The resource ecological environment construction strategy laid the foundation.(2)Seven factors affecting the human resource ecological environment of construction enterprises: This paper summarizes the peripheral environment,mechanism,talent quality,talent development,enterprise development,team organization,human resources through scale design,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.Management performance and other factors that affect the human resource ecological environment of construction enterprises.In order to study their relationship,the relationship between the seven influencing factors is assumed,and a hypothetical model of the human resource ecological environment of the construction enterprise is proposed.Moreover,this hypothetical model can be verified by the structural model,which provides a theoretical basis for further construction of the resource ecological environment.(3)Principles and strategies for the construction of human resources and ecological environment in construction enterprises: Based on the structural equation model of human resource management of ZJ construction enterprises and the interrelationship between influencing factors,this paper constructs a triangular model of human resources ecological environment construction plan,and on this basis,proposes more For the scientific and accurate construction enterprise human resources ecological environment construction strategy.
