Knowledge transfer between projects in construction enterprises means a kind of process which is in this particular situation, through communication between projects or using construction enterprises as intermediary, also with knowledge search and transfer phase, some explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge like standard implementation projects, specifications, experiences, skills can transfer from one project to another project. Knowledge transfer between projects within the construction enterprises is a purposeful, planned and voluntary behavior, it is influenced by the quality of bilateral relations, and the relationship between project teams is always closely related to the organization context. The main purpose of this paper is to combine the process and characteristics of knowledge transfer between projects in construction enterprises, based on organization context, so that we can find the inherent mechanism among organizational context factors, relationship between projects and effect of knowledge transfer between projects.This paper firstly introduces the research background and research significance, and combs the domestic and foreign research results respectively in three areas of knowledge transfer, organizational context and social relations, to provide the theoretical foundation for the in-depth study of this paper. And then, this paper describes the process of knowledge transfer between different projects in detail from the perspective of horizontal transfer, vertical transfer, parallel transfer and serial transfer. And on the basis of analyzing knowledge transfer process, this paper puts forward a theoretical hypothesis model of "organizational contextâ†'relationship between projectsâ†'effect of knowledge transfer", which is consist of the elements as the similarity, the urgency, meeting system, incentives, sharing culture, communication, trust, mutual action, knowledge transfer effect between the projects. On this basis, this paper verifies the theoretical hypothesis through questionnaires, structural equation model and AMOS 21.0, discusses the empirical results, and puts forward relevant suggestions from 4 aspects:the construction of communication mechanism, the establishment of effective knowledge transfer incentive mechanism, the establishment of knowledge sharing platform and the construction of a harmonious atmosphere. Finally, this paper summarizes the research conclusion, and points out the shortcomings of this paper and the future research prospects.Through the research, this paper concludes that:firstly, the task situation of the project itself can affect knowledge transfer effect between projects, like the similarity will promote the knowledge transfer between projects, and the urgency will hinder knowledge transfer between projects; secondly, construction enterprises play a very important role as the main promoter in the knowledge transfer between projects, which is because good management situation of construction enterprises will build a closer relationship between project teams so that the knowledge transfer effect is affected; thirdly, the relationship quality between project teams is very important to knowledge transfer effect as the communication, trust and mutual beneficial action between project teams has a positive correlation with the knowledge transfer effect.
