As markets becoming increasingly standardized, the competition will be moreintense. In this commercial war, there will be many companies in trouble withsurvival, and those who have the real core competitiveness will emerge after fiercecompetition. With the multinational logistics enterprises to enter the Chinese market,China’s logistics industry is also facing the same market environment as otherindustries. Although China’s logistics industry has been rapid development in recentyears, most companies didn’t focus on the adjustment and optimization of businessmodels but the pursuit of simple growth of output and a primary expansion of themarket. This kind of development model has made China’s logistics enterprisespowerless more or less in the global competition. What China’s logistics industryneeds now is a change of business thinking, we should obtain and maintaincompetitive based on human resources in company instead of those traditionalstrengths such as adequate funding, preferential policies, and unique geographicalenvironment. Human resource, as the carrier of knowledge and skills, has become themost valuable resource in modern enterprise. The competitiveness of humanresources will become the focus of competition for it can bring a power of sustainabledevelopment to its owner.The purpose of this paper is to study those key factors which affect thecompetitiveness of human resources in the logistics industry, and to build a key factormodel consisting of some key factors. Combined with the idea of structural equationmodeling, this paper elected a general factor model after making research anddiscussion to the relevant data, then used the software to make exploratory andconfirmatory analysis of the data collected and got the final model composed by eightfirst Level indicators, forty two second Level indicators. At last the paper applied thisfinal model on analyzing current situation of competitiveness of human resources oflogistics enterprises in Quanzhou area, Point out its inadequacies and proposed somerecommendations for improvement. |
