Research On Innovative Ability Improvement Of Inspur Group Based On Grounded Theory

Improving innovation capability is important for technological enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness and achieve sustainable development.Especially in the context of China's economy shifting from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,under the background of changing the development mode,optimizing the economic structure,and transforming the growth momentum,high-tech enterprises can only continue to improve their innovation ability.To face the fierce market competition,high-tech enterprise must to improve the level of innovation ability,and further enhance the level of scientific and technological innovation in the entire industry.By doing these,high-tech enterprise can not only win a place in markets,but also promote the development of the entire national economy and drive the progress of the entire society.Therefore,it is an important research topic for us to research the improving of innovation ability,exploring effective and reliable ways to improve innovation capabilities and promoting sustainable development of enterprises within high-tech enterprises.First,this thesis summarizes the related literatures at home and abroad around the innovation ability.Combined with the previous research,this thesis expounds the connotation and composition of innovation ability,summarizes the influencing factors of innovation ability,sorts out the evaluation index system of previous research on innovation ability,and sorts out the related research on innovation ability improvement.Secondly,this thesis also combs the relevant theoretical research,which can lay a theoretical foundation for the smooth development of research.Thirdly,this thesis introduces the basic situation of the group with the case of Inspur Group,summarizes and analyzes the development process of Inspur Group's innovation capability and the problems in its development.After that,this thesis applies the grounded research method to analyze data.The data analysis process includes three stages: opening coding,axial coding and selective coding of Inspur Group's innovation ability data.By doing so,we build the Inspur Group's innovation ability improvement model.Then,based on the rooted research conclusions of Inspur Group's innovation ability,this thesis puts forward relevant tactics for improving the innovative ability of Inspur Group.
