A Study On Selection Of Tech-Innovation Strategic Pattern Of High-Technological Enterprises Based On Tech-Innovation Ability

With arriving of the knowledge-economy time which core is information technology, high-tech enterprises have received the widespread attention day by day in order to sustain development through tech-innovation, as the motive force of China's economic growth. However in the course of their flourishing development, the high-tech enterprises of China have faced enormous development opportunities, while at the same time some problems urgently to be solved.On the basis of theoretical research of tech-innovation and the analysis of the high-tech enterprises' characteristics, this dissertation has established the system of evaluating tech-innovation abilities of high-tech enterprises, analyzed main environmental factors that affect the choice of tech-innovation strategic patterns, and investigated the problem of choosing prior tech-innovation strategic patterns based on different tech-innovation abilities by using the method of choosing tech-innovation strategic patterns. I expect to provide an objective tech-innovation ability evaluation system and a set of comparatively systematic analysis methods of choosing tech-innovation strategic patterns.The content of this dissertation are as follow:The first chapter narrates backgrounds of selected topic and research mentality. This part mainly introduces the present situation of high-tech enterprises in our country and of domestic and foreign research of tech-innovation strategy patterns, points out the backgrounds of selected topic and researches contents and principles.The second chapter is about basic theory and definitions of correlated concepts. This chapter is the theory foundation of our research, which contains review of innovation theory and the definitions of high-tech enterprises and tech-innovation abilities.The third chapter analyzes and evaluates tech-innovation abilities of high-tech enterprises. From tech-innovation process point, we analyze integrants of tech-innovation abilities, establish evaluation index system, and point out a fuzzy appraisal method of tech-innovation abilities.The fourth chapter analyses environmental factors of tech-innovation strategic patterns.
