| Chinese steel industry is facing the status of capacity compression,which increases steel price and iron ore purchasing price together,many steel enterprises make a profit instead of suffering a loss,but still face greater cost pressures.In order to enhance market competitiveness better,steel enterprises must consider to reduce logistics cost,the reduction of logistics cost is closely related to the mode of transport.The current extensive mode of transport has exacerbated environmental damage,which is not coordinated with the increasing attention of the state to the environmental protection.In the past,companies lacked consideration for carbon emissions in the process of transportation,which makes the enterprise to bear the higher carbon emissions cost while producing the transportation cost.Therefore,it is very important for the steel enterprises to carry out the low-carbon transport route optimization,which can not only reduce the composite cost of enterprises and adapt to the market environment further,but also enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.Multimodal transport is a new type of transportation advocated by the state,which can improve the level of transport organization,save transportation cost,and has great potential for development.The new steel group is trying and developing intermodal transport actively in recent years,and exploring transportation path optimization in low carbon environment.In order to meet the national policy requirements,to reduce raw material logistics costs and ensure the sustainable development of enterprise.Steel company should optimize operating costs as well as take into account the environmental impact,so as to achieve benefits about environment and economy.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the transport path optimization in low-carbon environment.In the context of low-carbon economy and the development of multimodal transport,the paper takes the imported iron ore transport of new steel Group as the research object,and summarizes the new steel group related transport situation through the research and literature review.On this basis,this paper analyzes the factors influencing the carbon emissions and the characteristics of everytransportation modes of carbon emissions,and constructs the carbon emission function which is realized by the carbon tax system.In addition,the paper discusses the specific composition of transportation cost,transit cost and penalty cost,and constructs the optimization model of path under soft time window constraints with the minimum total cost including the above cost.In the end,according to the characteristics of the model,the paper uses the improved PSO algorithm with no performance term and the extreme value perturbation operator and position offset item,and combine an example and MATLAB software to finish simulation.The algorithm achieves different optimization combinations of transport nodes and modes that take into account carbon emissions cost and do not take into account carbon emissions cost as well as the impact of carbon tax price on the model taking into account carbon emissions cost.In general terms,it can be seen that cost of carbon emissions considered can reduce carbon emissions and the comprehensive cost of enterprise,and achieve economic benefit and environmental impact together.The result validates the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the algorithm.Combined with the content of the article and the results of the model,the paper puts forward suggestion to optimize the new steel route selection program and reduce the logistics cost from four aspects. |
