Drugs are special commodities that are related to the safety of people's lives.Drug distribution is a key link between drug producers and consumers,which is of great significance to the maintenance of public health,social stability and economic development.As China has further promoted the reform of the medical and health system,in the area of drug distribution,policies and measures such as "two-vote system," "abolition of drug additions," "control of drug proportions," and "differentiated diagnosis and treatment" were implemented,the macro environment of drug marketing has undergone profound changes.The current marketing management model of Laimei Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.can no longer adapt to its development.It must actively study new policies,adapt to new changes,and implement new strategies.This paper analyzes the company's internal and external environment,summarizing the main problems and putting forward the strategy of the company's market expansion.Through the implementation of these strategies,it is expected to promote the transformation and upgrading of the company's marketing management and realize the company's healthy and rapid development.Through consulting the literature,the study uses PEST and SWOT analysis model to analyze the marketing environment status of Laimei Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd comprehensively based on4 Ps marketing theory and supply chain theory,researching and putting forward the system solutions and safeguard measures for the company's marketing development strategy.The company's marketing management strategy mainly includes the optimization of product structure,expanding sales network,improving sales promotion strategies,innovating management models,developing value-added services,integrating industrial factors,and upgrading logistics systems.The security measures implemented by the company's marketing management strategy including organizational guarantee,talent protection,capital guarantee,and quality guarantee.This paper focuses on the optimization and upgrading of marketing strategy of Laimei Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd,which has formed a systematic,innovative and operable marketing management optimization strategy,and it is of great theoretical guidance and practical significance for the company's transformation and development.At the same time,this thesis has certain theoretical reference value for the improvement of marketing management of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises in China and the formulation of pharmaceutical circulation industry policies by government departments.
