Research On The Operational Optimization Of Pharmaceutical Circulation Enterprises Under “new Retail”

The commercial circulation industry based on retail industry is in an era of change,from the original single offline channel,to get close to the online channel,and then to the full channel retail and even into the wisdom supply chain,we call it the “New Retail Era”.For a long time,because of the particularity of the industry and the restriction of national policies and laws and regulations,the new retail transformation path of pharmaceutical circulation enterprises has been relatively slow.In recent years,with the adjustment of drug policy in China,more and more pharmaceutical companies try to get involved in new retail,in order to achieve greater breakthroughs.However,the pharmaceutical circulation industry requires high level of management,and there are many processes through it,the supply chain model and the requirements are complex.Facing the new environment,it is easy to apply the previous model to solve the problem of line on line.It has encountered great difficulties and obstacles in the actual operation,because the cases of improper operation affecting the performance emerge in an endless stream.While the new retail change brings opportunities to the pharmaceutical industry,it has put forward higher requirements and greater challenges to the existing supply chain management.It is a new subject that the enterprise has to face.It gives the corresponding solutions to the problems encountered in the new retail reform of traditional pharmaceutical enterprises,and analyzes the GH pharmaceutical company in China.The changes in the supply chain model before and after the new retail transformation,including the major changes in procurement,warehousing,logistics and distribution,as well as the results of these changes,demonstrate the feasibility of the previous solutions.In the analysis of the thesis,the matrix model analysis method is used in the research process,and the theory combined with the practical method,the change strategy of each node of the supply chain of GH pharmaceutical company is carefully analyzed,and a thought and feasible scheme for the pharmaceutical circulation enterprises to participate in the new retail change is given.We hope that we can bring our experience to other people who are facing the same predicament.To help pharmaceutical circulation enterprises better participate in retail transformation.It also hopes to provide useful references for pharmaceutical supply chain management in supply chain management.
