The result of human resources management,in terms of organization,is to increase organizational productivity and organizational competitiveness;in terms of employee,is to increase the quality of working life(QWL)and job satisfaction.In this paper,on the background of the QWL of employees in a State-owned energy company A,based on the survey,useing job characteristics model approach,proposes scientific,constructive solutions on employees' quality of working life.The research result has an important reference to relevant organizations about human resources management. |
