Recently, the theory of supply chain management has been developed greatly, and the advanced theory has achieved very good results in the optimization of supply chain and the benefit of the members of the supply chain.Every coin has two sides, the advanced theory not only brings benefits to the supply chain, but also makes the supply chain network more complex and enhance the dependence among members. If one of the enterprises or nodes is affected by unexpected events,it will cause damage to the entire supply chain and even cause the collapse of the supply chain.Disruption of supply is a more serious consequence of an emergency.Once the supply is interrupted,it will influence the normal operation of the supply chain. Therefore, how to take appropriate strategies to reduce the harm of supply disruptions to the maximum extent, meet the market demand as much as possible, and improve the robustness of the supply chain under the premise of interruption of supply crisis has become the focus of scholars. This paper firstly introduces the background and significance of this study, and then summarizes the domestic and foreign researches on supply chain risk management, contract coordination, loss aversion and other aspects of the basic description.A two echelon supply chain consisting of a single retailer, main supplier and backup supplier is considered with main suppliers and supply disruptions. We studied how risk-neutral retailers and loss-averse retailers could establish cooperative relationships with backup suppliers through revenue-sharing contracts,to further improve the enthusiasm of the backup supplier meet the market demand, and to achieve the purpose of improving supply chain. In the end, numerical examples are presented and some computational results are reported which the verify accuracy of our models and conclusions.
