Research On Multi Objective Integrated Evaluation System Of The Two Phase Expansion Project Of F Company

In the rapid development of China's economy,the electronics industry should not be underestimated,and PCB as an important carrier of the electronics industry,in recent years,the Chinese market,the pressure is also affecting the interests of enterprises,this paper is in this context to a F enterprise expansion of the second phase project,for example,the use of scientific project management approach to the project multi-objective integrated evaluation system.First of all,this article through the literature query on domestic and foreign scholars on the integrated management and target management and other aspects of the analysis and research results,and to determine their own research methods and research content.The theory of integrated management and goal integrated management is introduced,which lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of the multi-objective integrated evaluation system.Secondly,this paper analyzes the case of the second-phase expansion project of a F enterprise,gives a general description of the second-phase expansion project of the F enterprise,and expounds the problems existing in the project management of the F enterprise and the two-phase expansion project.Multi-objective integrated evaluation system model,through the way of questionnaire survey to determine the multi-objective integrated management system,a secondary target,while the way through the questionnaire to assess the weight of a secondary goal to determine the five first-level goals,In order to quantify the first-level target,three qualitative targets,safety,environment and quality were further decomposed into eleven secondary targets by fish-bone chart analysis.The expert group analyzed the first-The goal is to quantify all the indicators by the percentile system.At last,the degree of association between each object and the optimal index set is calculated by using the gray relational analysis method,and finally the correlation coefficient value of each project is calculated.It is shown that the closer the scheme is to the optimal scheme set,the better the scheme.Based on the research of the multi-objective integrated system of the second-phase expansion project of the F enterprise,this paper expands the thinking of PCB enterprise.
