Study On Diagnosis And Strategy Of IT Governance In H Enterprise Under The Network Environment

The rapid development of Internet technology,making the Internet era quickly,the Internet economy has become a key component of the world economy,the impact of Internet thinking on the world has penetrated into all aspects of the world,Internet applications are now beginning to penetrate into many aspects of social life,The formation of a strong influence,to promote the business model changes.In the Internet age,companies inevitably adapt to the times,the transformation or change.Enterprise information sector as an important foundation to support the sector,the existence of the value lies in improving the operational efficiency of operations,improve enterprise management level,help business goals and business strategy to achieve.When the business model,or business model changes,IT tools must be able to achieve rapid response,better support.At the same time,Internet thinking,especially mobile Internet has affected people's daily aspects,including lifestyle and work patterns,how to respond to this change within the enterprise information sector is also imperative.How to do a quick response to effective support,there must be a set of matching IT governance mechanism to guide its effective operation.Based on this background,this paper collects and examines a large number of documents and materials,analyzes the development trend of enterprises in the network environment,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of information technology construction in the background of H Company,and applies the IT governance framework model and IT governance mechanism Factor analysis of the causes of the problem,so as to form the Internet thinking under the IT governance mechanism to solve the H companies are currently experiencing problems.This paper argues that the idea and principle of enterprise information construction in the network environment is user-centered and data-oriented.After a series of analysis and research on the practice of H Company,the final formation of the network environment,organization,process,relationship mechanism of three aspects of the optimization strategy,is hoped to solve the H company IT governance problems.At the same time,it is hoped that the research results of this paper can play a reference role to the information transformation of other enterprises.
