Study On Enterprises Technology Innovation Network Based On Network Organization Theory

Technology Innovation is based on a certain organizational pattern, which also affects the efficiency of organizational pattern. Organizational Efficiency is related to the success and efficiency of Technology Innovation. In the era of globalization and the knowledge economy, network organization which is based on the information network has become a hot topic for study. Network Organization as a new organizational structure, which will affect all aspects of social-economy activities, is also affecting technology innovation activities.This dissertation is mainly to study Enterprises Techno-Innovation Network System based on economy theory, organization theory and network theory, using the methods of theoretical research, empirical research and normative analysis. On this basis, some proposals for constructing Techno-Innovation Network are introduced. A cross-discipline is owing to applying the Network- Organization Theory to Techno-Innovation Research.Firstly the introduction is addressed.Secondly the dissertation applies economic theory to explain the emergence of Network Organization, and sums up the relationship between technology innovation and enterprise structure.Thirdly on the basis of Network Organization Theory, founds Enterprises Techno-Innovation Network System, constructs a general model of it. Later, the dissertation analyses the function mechanism of Enterprises Techno-Innovation Network.Fourthly after comparing bureaucratic governance with network governance, the dissertation proposes network governance mechanism which is based on trust mechanism.Finally, this dissertation compares Silicon Valley with 128 Highway Area, and also analyses the disadvantages of our national enterprise network which is based on relation contract. On the basis of comparative analysis, some proposals of development of China's Techno-Innovation Network are put forward.
