The Optimization Research Of Urban Taxi Basic Freight Rates

Urban taxi passenger transport is the supplement of urban public transport and one of the important means of adjusting urban traffic travel structure.In the past taxi passenger transport pricing,taxi operation was studied as a form of urban public transport service,and excessive consideration was given to the effect of fuel price changes related to transport costs on the transport price system.With the gradual stabilization of the fuel market and the rapid development of social economy and personal living standards,the price system of taxi passenger transport has an important impact on the development of the whole industry and social transportation services.This paper summarizes the theoretical basis and methods of urban rental passenger transport pricing by studying the operation characteristics of the rental passenger transport,the impact on urban traffic and the comparative analysis with other modes of transport.Under the condition of fully understanding the taxi pricing mode of the main cities in China,this paper makes a thorough analysis of the problems existing in the domestic taxi pricing mode.Based on the establishment of social benefit-based pricing model and passenger benefitbased pricing model of taxi passenger transport,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the model of taxi passenger transport system from different angles.Among them,the social benefit-based traffic pricing model takes into account the impact of social economy on taxi pricing,and further considers the impact of effective operating mileage of taxi on the taxi pricing;Passenger Benefit-Based Pricing Model is based on the passenger choice mode.By constructing a bi-level programming model,the rationalization of taxi pricing can be achieved by using the balance of road network and minimization of total passenger cost.Finally,taking the development of Guangzhou's rental passenger transport as an example,this paper extracts the relevant parameters needed in the above theoretical models and methods,calculates the rental basic freight rate of Guangzhou by using the analysis of Guangzhou's social and economic development,population and other social development,urban passenger transport development and urban traffic survey,etc.The results are compared and analyzed to select the most suitable taxi pricing for the urban development.
