Research On Environmental Performance Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Various Regions In Gansu Province

In recent years,the economy of various regions of Gansu province has made rapid development and gained a high growth rate,but at the same time,the economy of some cities has been developing in a rough and unsustainable way,and the problem of pollution is becoming more and more prominent.The treatment of environmental resources constraints should not seriously weaken the sustainable development ability of Gansu’s various regions.In view of this,it is a pressing task to calculate the environmental performance of Gansu province and explore the influencing factors of environmental environmental performance.Based on the common environmental efficiency and total factor productivity analysis methods used in many environmental performance literature,this paper integrates the resources and environment factors into the accounting process of efficiency and economic growth in various regions of Gansu Province,and combines the Tobit model of econometrics methods to the impact of environmental efficient areas and environmental low efficiency areas.The element is studied.The study found that the economic structure of Gansu province with low environmental efficiency is transforming from labor-intensive to capital intensive.The decline of environmental efficiency is due to the improvement of the degree of industrialization in the region and the destruction of the local environment.It is also found that the smaller the degree of nationalization is,the smaller the damage to the environment is.There is a positive effect on the improvement of environmental efficiency by foreign investment.Improper management of the government is the reason for the low environmental efficiency in some areas.The improvement of technological level can effectively improve the environmental performance of various regions.On the whole,some parts of Gansu province exist to some extent in exchange for economic growth at the expense of the ecological environment.At the present stage,Gansu province should minimize the heavy chemical industry at the cost of resource consumption,take the new industrialization road of resource saving and environment friendly,and make the second industry the essence of its own.And carry out effective environmental supervision in the process of industrialization.In addition,we should increase the investment of education and science and technology to encourage enterprises to absorb and digest advanced technology and management experience of advanced pollution control in developed areas,and give some supplementary posts to enterprises using environmental protection technology under the premise of local financial burden.In formulating environmental policies,the government should not only rely on mandatory closure,but also enhance the standard of environmental penalties.
