| As one of the main measures to reduce the amount of tar,the use of tipping paper can effectively control the intake of tar for smokers applications,and it has been widely used in the tobacco industry.Among the application of the industry,the porosity of tipping paper is a key indicator,so to achieve accurate detection of the porosity of tipping paper through the application of different techniques,has become a hot research in the tobacco industry and some universities.Throughout the current methods of tipping paper porosity detection,they exist problems of poor timeliness and low efficiency.Based on vision technology,this study expounds the theory foundation of camera vision technology to detect porosity determined the technical indicators of detection firstly.Combined with the visual system the effect in application of this project,we analyzed various factors based on high-speed area camera feasibility and the practicability of the method constructing on-line detection system.From the perspective of lower frame rate of area camera,this study aims to use the low speed camera to complete the porosity on-line detection method of high-speed data acquisition,to improve the detection system was achieved by the method of real-time,accuracy,to reduce the hardware cost of the system,and to solve the shortage of the existing detection methods.Then this study completes the overall design of the system based on the on-line detection method of the tipping paper porosity.In the terms of hardware,the analysis and selection of performance parameters of the system camera,camera lens,light source and control terminal has been completed.With the single chip processor as the core,the circuit designment of the module for external trigger signal output has been completed which including serial communication interface circuit and the trigger signal output circuit.In the terms of software,system is based on the MFC with vc++which has completed the designment of the image acquisition module,image processing module,the testing parameters management function module,the statistical function module and alarm function module.The software part of the module for external trigger signal output has completed the designment of the timer module and the trigger pulse capture module.Finally,as the prototype of the fielded system designed before,the experimental parameters was determined based on the similarity theory,and a motion platform of sample paper was built,at last the experimental system has been constructed.Using vc++ 6.0 platform,the design of the visual program is based on the MFC interface,which completed the external trigger signal output module and software function module of the test.Test results show that based on the field of view camera array serial asynchronous trigger works,which can realize low speed camera to complete the water-paper porosity of high-speed detection,and the on-line detection method of tipping paper porosity is feasible. |
