Shaft coupling alignment is an important link in the assembly process of transmission machinery.When the alignment accuracy of the two shafts does not meet the design requirements,it will produce adverse effects such as vibration,noise,wear aggravation,which will shorten the service life of the transmission equipment and even threaten the safety of the staff Personnel safety.Currently,shaft alignment detection mainly includes dial indicator method and laser alignment method.The dial indicator method requires customized basic equipment and professional technicians to complete cumbersome measurements.In contrast,the laser alignment instrument method has been applied in some important domestic installation occasions in the past two years,but the core technology is still blocked by foreign countries.Based on the above problems,this paper carries out related research.This paper through the analysis of the dial indicator measuring method and the working principle of the overseas advanced laser alignment instrument,established on the basis of three principles of dial indicator to measure the geometric model and mathematical model,two main horizontal and vertical projection plane is given an internal Angle deviation and two main line deviation deviation of measurement and solving process,The mathematical model among the geometric parameters of the measuring object is constructed.In order to measure its position relation,this paper,starting from the practical application of the measurement and adjustment process of the shaft alignment,determines the datum level and datum point when correcting the deviation,and provides a unified reference point for the establishment of geometric relation.Secondly,the Angle measurement and position measurement method based on lens array technology are proposed.The incident Angle is calculated by the position change of multiple light spots formed by the light beam passing through the array lens on CCD,so as to realize the Angle deviation measurement.In the other measuring light path,the position change of laser spot is received by PSD,and then the line deviation is measured.Through analysis,calculation and selection,technically completed the measurement system is designed,and the detection principle of measurement system modeling analysis,from single to multiple lens,lens to 0.06° to 6°multiple Angle of incidence Angle on the simulation analysis of light spot position and theoretical value are all conform to the requirements of the theoretical analysis,the technical feasibility of the measuring system is verified.Finally,an experimental system was built to verify the above measurement method.The results show that the Angle measurement range of ±8° to ±2.5° is achieved within the axial measurement range of 25 mm to 200 mm.When the two axes are wrong,the measurement accuracy of the Angle deviation can reach 0.02°,and the measurement accuracy of the line deviation can reach ±3μm,which meets the technical requirements.
