Small and micro science and technology enterprises(hereinafter referred to as small and micro enterprises)are a group with the most dynamic scientific and technological innovations and the greatest economic development potential,and an indispensable part of China's national economy.Under the current social environment,outsourcing manufacturing or adopting supply chain strategic alliance is a common way to effectively solve the financial problems of small and micro enterprises and provide flexible development space for small and micro enterprises.But in what way to operate differs in different industries in the fierce market competition.Small and micro enterprises face many problems in technology update and production process,which need corresponding strategies so as to find a sustainable development direction for small and micro enterprises sharing market share with large companies as market leaders.YP Glass Technology Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as YP Company)has been established since mobile phone hot bending 3D glass entered China in 2015.In this paper,the growth trajectory of these years since its initial establishment is taken as the research object,using methods such as literature research,case analysis and comparative research,combining management theory such as strategic alliance,partnership,supply chain risk mechanism under the supply chain environment,etc.,to explore the alliance strategy,and put forward to optimize the mode of alliance and verify the improved results of YP company.Firstly,the paper gives an overview of the supply chain,sorts out supply chain strategic alliance,partnership theory and supply chain risk management mechanism,and provides theoretical basis for the analysis of subsequent issues through literature analysis and summary.At the same time,the background of 3D glass industry is analyzed,and the research problems of this paper are put forward.Secondly,it introduces YP company and benchmarking enterprises in the industry,and analyzes the current situation of supply chain alliance.Then,it puts forward the problem points of supply chain alliance,analyzes the influencing factors of YP company's supply chain alliance,and finds out several key influencing factors.Thirdly,based on theabove analysis,the supply chain alliance strategy of YP company is put forward,which is optimized by establishing the supply chain strategic alliance,using contract constraints,shortening the space distance,establishing trust mechanism and information communication channels to ensure the win-win of member enterprises.Finally,from the perspective of YP company,the results of alliance improvement are evaluated and verified,and the remaining problems and improvement measures are found out.This paper studies the improvement strategies of YP company's supply chain alliance,aiming to explore how small and micro enterprises can cooperate strategically through alliance,so that each alliance member enterprise can improve its competitiveness,so as to improve the market share of the whole alliance member enterprise,and also provide reference for entrepreneurs in China to integrate the supply chain in the innovation stage.
