In today's society,human resource plays a vital role for an enterprise's survival and development.For sure its importance was recognized by an increasing number of people.With the rapid economic development,many new job opportunities emerge.People are getting more and more affected by foreign entities and all kinds of culture.Consequently People's thought are more and more active which leads to employee turnovers.Society and enterprise are getting concerned about it.According to 2015 turnover research report,released by third-party consulting company,China's overall average turnover rate is 17.7%,rose 1.7%compared to previous year.Chinese enterprises are facing the dilemma of staff turnovers that is continuously rising and there is an urgent need to fix it.This article makes SENSE Company as an analysis mode.This is an industrial service enterprise specializing in water comprehensive treatment,water saving,and water pollution control.It has been providing customers with a professional and comprehensive solution comprising of from design,R&D,engineering construction for water treatment,industrial water recycle treatment,waste water treatment,waste water to day to day running.It is an about 300 employee medium-size private company.Since its inception in 2000,Sense water has gone through multiple stages of transformation and development and the afterwards yearly soaring staff turnovers has started to affect its further development.Thus,to study and solve the staff turnovers is on the priority list.Company staff turnovers problem are discussed in detail in this paper and it is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter,from the society and economic development point of view,throw out the phenomenon,the constantly soaring turnover rates,which the paper need to review.Considering adopting literature research,questionnaire survey and case by case analysis to study the issue.Chapter two theory overview describes staff turnover and loss related concepts,lists the formulas to calculate the loss,described several important theories and models of employee's turnover.Analysis of this part is the sense's theoretical basis of the loss of employees.Chapter 3 is the substantive research section of this paper.It describes in detail the industry in which sense water is in and sense company itself.And then it describes the sense company turnover situation and based on several features it classifies the turnover in detail so that the next chapter will take advantage of it to carry on the cause analysis.Based on the employee questionnaire on reasons for leaving and exit interview form.Chapter 4 has the statistical inductive data and analyzed the cause of sense water turnovers and it mainly due to family reasons,personal development reasons(replacement of industry,job promotion,entrepreneurship),compensation and benefits,work environment,and training.This chapter also analyzes the impact of turnovers on both company and staff.Moreover the revelation from the cause and impact prepares for the next chapter which focuses on countermeasures to control and reduce turnover.Chapter 5 brings out both countermeasures to staff loss and reduction means of staff loss rate.Priorities include:establishing staff development system,optimizing the incentive management and enterprise culture and the leaving employee's management.T he last chapter is the conclusion part which offers an overall summarizing and speculating for whole essay research result.Purpose of this essay is that by studying the sample entity the SENSE water SENSE itself fully understand it's HR situation and solve the staff turnover problem to the maximum extend of possibilities.Of course I hope that it can bring the reference for the similar enterprise.
