With the development of society and the progress of science and technology,human resources have surpassed other resources and become the first resource of enterprises,and the core staff is the most important component of the first resource.Generally speaking,core employees have the following characteristics:good quality,excellent ability,play an important role in the development of enterprises,and make great contributions.Since China's entry into WTO,with the large number of foreign-funded steel enterprises entering the domestic market,the rapid development of private steel enterprises has intensified the competition in the domestic steel industry,and the competition among enterprises for core staff has become increasingly fierce.Therefore,it has become an urgent and realistic problem for Wuyang Iron and Steel Company to let the core staff work in the enterprise and keep the core staff stable and growing.Based on the author's personal experience during a visit to Wuyang Iron and Steel Company and the theory of enterprise human resource management,this paper studies the causes,effects and Countermeasures of core staff turnover in state-owned iron and steel enterprises.The author first analyzes the reasons for the loss of core staff,and then through the form of questionnaire survey,analysis of the specific reasons for the loss of core staff in Wuyang Iron and Steel Company,so as to put forward some solutions to the loss of core staff.The purpose of this paper is to improve the market competitiveness of Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,to face up to and attach importance to the loss of core staff,and ultimately solve the problem,so that Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.in the increasingly fierce market competition to maintain its own advantages and achieve considerable development.The main content of this paper includes six parts:introduction,relevant theoretical basis,core staff loss status analysis,core staff loss causes analysis,countermeasures to prevent core staff loss,conclusions and prospects.The first part of the paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the study.The second part of the core staff and core staff turnover and other concepts are described,and related theories are explained.The third part of the core staff turnover reasons analysis,the author through the questionnaire survey and visits and other methods,to grasp the first-hand information of employee satisfaction.The fourth part of the author analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey on employee job satisfaction,and studies the reasons of core staff turnover in Wuyang Iron and Steel Company.The fifth part is the countermeasure of core personnel loss,including perfecting diversified and multi-level flexible salary system,establishing the assessment system with KPI as the core,carrying out targeted education and training,establishing multi-channel promotion system,setting up correct values and so on.The last part of the paper is the conclusion and outlook,again summarizes the contents of this paper,and make a good prospect for the future.
