Companies in the merger and acquisition process are often faced with the problem of integration.If the company has a lot of brain drain after the merger and acquisition,not only the company's human resources advantages are difficult to endure,but it means that the merger and acquisition of the company is failed.It became the most important thing to retain the core employees of mergers and acquisitions enterprises and avoid the risk of a large number of employees after the acquisition of human resources optimization management.This paper based on the analysis of the causes of the loss of active employees after the merger and acquisition of A company,then the thesis gives the corresponding countermeasures and countermeasures Precautionary advice.This thesis doesn't study that what companies are the best acquisitions and acquisitions of A company in order to ensure the success of mergers and acquisitions,and whether or not A company is the best choice for the merger and acquisition.This thesis isn't also study that whether or not A company can achieve pre-purchase expectations and how to quickly and effectively integrate all the resources after the merger and acquisition.The paper mainly discusses how to reduce the loss of A company's employees and company R which will be merged and acquired has a clear goal in the environment of A company's merger and acquisition strategy.In this paper,through the study of scholars at home and abroad related literature,periodicals,magazines,and combined with A company's staffs loss situation and research results which collected after the merger and acquisition of A company,and turned out that the effect in the process of mergers and acquisitions personnel loss of three main factors: personal factors,management factors and cultural factors.Then according to these factors put forward the corresponding solution countermeasure,namely rebuild employee mental contract,identify and retain core staff,optimize human resources system,integrate corporate culture,train succession plan and establish ERP system.At the same time,in the process of analysis,the thesis put forward rebuilding scientific and perfect core staff management system to achieve the employee's greatest value.What should do is continuously improve enterprise human resources management idea,take human resources management work in a more important position.The main purpose of this paper is provide the theoretical basis about how to integrate human resources effectively in the Process of merger and acquisition,avoid to produce staff turnover problems and even the development of manufacturing industry mergers and acquisitions.
