As an important source of energy in people’s daily life and modern construction and production,natural gas has the advantages of clean combustion and convenient use.At the same time,the proportion of high sulfur natural gas production in the total natural gas production is also increasing.High sulfur gas gathering and transportation station plays a key role in the high sulfur gas field ground system.The corrosion situation of high sulfur natural gas gathering and transportation station is even more serious because of the special characteristics of hydrogen sulfide,such as high toxicity,strong corrosion,easy ice blocking and elemental sulfur deposition.Therefore,finding the weak link in the station equipment and pipeline to develop effective prevention programs for station accidents and provide theoretical basis for reasonable maintenance measuresthrough the study of corrosion reliability for high sulfur gas gathering and transportation station is of important theoretical value and engineering significance to ensure the safe,economic and efficient operation of the gathering and transportation station and even the whole gas gathering and transportation system.Based on the analysis of station equipment and pipeline failure,the corrosion data of high sulfur natural gas gathering and transportation station are analyzed statistically and analyzed on the basis of literature investigation and modern nondestructive testing technology.Based on the classical RBI theory and equipment failure statistics,a similar failure probability correction model based on Weibull distribution function is established,and the modified failure probability is obtained.Based on the "stress-strength" interference theory and the station field corrosion detection data,the damage factor correction model is established to solve the failure probability of the main equipment and pipeline.Based on the theoretical theory of graph theory,the topological structure analysis of the high sulfur-containing natural gas gathering and transportation station process system is carried out.Based on the theory of the minimum cut set theory,the connection relation between the units of the process system and the edge network of the process system Topology simplification probability graph,and the corresponding graph theory minimum cut set.Based on the "Bryant-tree" theory,the reliability analysis model of the station process subsystem is established,and the failure probability of the subsystem is analyzed.Considering the failure correlation,based on the theory of graph theory,the reliability analysis model of the process system is established,and the failure probability of the whole station system is calculated.By summarizing and comparing the calculation results,the phasicconclusion of the study on the corrosion reliability of high sulfur natural gas gathering and transportation station is obtained,hence puts forward the deficiencies and the contents that need further study.
