With the increasingly high cancer morbidity worldwide,people are stuck in the dilemma of limited curative effect from traditional therapeutic methods.In this context,scientists are trying to seek a method that can prevent and cure cancer from the root.As a method that cures cancer through patients' auto-immunity,the cellular immunotherapy technology becomes known to an increasing number of people.In the meantime,an increasing number of scientists think it may be an important direction for curing cancer in the future.The S Cell Group researched in the thesis is a scientific research institution that researches cellular therapy and integrates industry,university and research cooperation.At present,the company has nationally-advanced scientific technology in the cellular therapy field.Its main businesses include cell cryopreservation,cell therapy,gene testing and the big-data analysis.The CAR-T technology developed by the company has received good curative effect in clinical treatment.At present,the company has achieved 100%cancer prevention of healthy people through gene testing,early screening and cellular therapy intervention technology.As a new curative technology,the cell immunotherapy has a huge market potential.However,it is still in the start-up phase in technological research and market promotion.Although China is currently supporting the development of the cell industry,the lack of standardization in managing the cell industry also makes the company face some irregular competition in the industry.In this context,the importance of marketing to the companies in the precision medicine industry is self-evident.On the one hand,it requires companies to have leading treatment technologies and conduct precise product positioning.On the other hand,it is crucial for companies to formulate complete marketing strategies and service marketing strategies.Through SWOT and STP analytical methods,the thesis makes a detailed analysis of the market environment in which the S Cell Group is located in.It also proposes countermeasures.In the meantime,the thesis adopts the market division method and combines current market opportunities to find out corresponding divided market and entry strategies for S Cell Group.The thesis mainly analyzes clients' demands to serve diversifiedclients in a better manner and conduct marketing activities with more targets.Lastly,the thesis concludes the solution:Perfect the product line targeting at subdivided market and conduct in-depth analysis and mastery of product positioning pay attention to service marketing and improve the added values of products.
