Research On The Construction Of YLYC Company's Lean Management System From The Perspective Of Supply Chain Management

Lean management is a management concept which require enterprise to be based on customer needs,to meet customer requirements while minimizing cost and waste,thus continuously improve product quality.YLYC is a municipal unit with cigarette sales qualification and under the jurisdiction of China National Tobacco Corporation.In the process of rapid development,also faced with issues of management process,such as over-complex,cumbersomeness and extensiveness.In the context of deepening reforms in the tobacco industry and fully implementing lean management to reduce costs and increase efficiency,for the current situation of YLYC company's slow promotion of lean management,in order to improve operating efficiency and strengthen lean management level,this paper analyzed the problem of lean management of YLYC from the perspective of supply chain management,and proposes targeted countermeasures to promote the standardization,refinement,and scientific development of company management.Through the analysis of YLYC supply chain management current situation,analyzed and evaluated the effects of the purchasing management,sorting and distribution,supplier and customer relationship management,also raised question around marketing,logistics,basic management and other areas in supply chain management.Depends on issues analysis,this paper point out that YLYC should improve the distribution of cigarette brand,lean construction of sales terminal,subdivision management of supplier,standardization of logistics operation,lean management of transportation,also based on the process reengineering logistics unincorporated operation,the EOQ model of inventory planning,the optimization of supply chain information system and other aspects to improve the supply chain.At last,this paper proposed that company can use the BSC method to do performance evaluation of the lean management system,to promote the continuous improvement of the lean management level.
