In the presence of an increasingly competitive environment,competition among enterprises is primarily manifested in the aspect of corporate strategic competition.In recent years,with the rapid development of construction,electricity,automobiles and electronic industries,the demand for aluminum products grows exuberantly.In the meantime,the domestic aluminum processing corporations are adjusting their industrial structure and enlarge the manufacturing scale one after another,endeavoring to acquire a dominate position.In this case,questions such as how to make rational industrial distribution,enhance the operational management level and highlight the core competitive advantage,are considered to be some of the most urgent issues to solve by every corporation in this industry.Shandong CX Co.,Ltd.(short as CX)as the biggest manufacturing base making aluminum alloy products,has an obvious cost-effective advantage in this industry and gains its lead in such complex and diffuse market.Nevertheless,in the norm of coexistence on both opportunities and risks,it is crucial for the future development of CX continue to maintain and optimize its low-cost advantage.This report is to combine the theories from subjects such as Strategic Management of Enterprise,Management Theory,Operation Management Competence,Human Resource Management,Project Management,and Financial Management and so on;along with multiple methodologies such as survey method,documentary method,expert consulting,case analysis and the method of experiential summarization.The research object is based on Innovation Metal's low-cost development strategy,to formulate a fundamental strategy,competitive strategy and implementation strategy regarding a series of research on the Company's macro environment,industrial situation,enterprise internal environment and the practical operational situation.This report is aimed at conducting a concrete analysis on CX's internal aspects including human resources and organization structure,production management,product distribution and sourcing,financial situation and the corporate culture.Furthermore,the excellent inferior position of the aluminum alloy processing industry is researched so as to identify the major issues present in the Company's development strategy and to determine the feasibility of low-cost competitive strategy as one of the fundamental strategies of the Company.Overall,large-scale implementation,innovative management,cost control,technical innovation,organizational innovation and cultural innovation are important approaches and protections that help to achieve such fundamental strategy.The report is framed regarding to the Enterprise Management Theory,other theories consist of Strategic Management,Production and Operation,and Financial Management.The main techniques which are employed in this report are qualitative analysis and discussion,with the quantitative analysis subordinated.Bring forward the low-cost development strategy for CX based on its practical operational situation and meanwhile make schedule for the procedures of strategic development,which would help the Company with clear future development guidance.Hopefully,this report could help to provide a strong instructive direction and practical significance for the Company.
