| In recent years, press machines have enjoyed fast development in China in the direction of "high speed, precision and low noise". In order to improve the quality of the press machines continuously, it is very important to detect the index of the characteristic parameters of product accurately and analyze its factors effectively. Based on the reasons above, the main contents of this dissertation are as follows:Firstly, the testing contents of the key dynamic characteristic parameters of press machine are researched. The testing ideal based on virtual instrument is introduced into this dissertation. The testing contents of this dissertation are established and the general frame of the key dynamic characteristic parameters testing system of press machine is constructed.Secondly, based on virtual instrument, the hardware and software platform of key dynamic characteristic parameters testing system of press machine are constructed. The main function of each component of the hardware is explained. The software part includes the testing programs of the whole testing system and the master program for calling the testing programs of the whole testing system is compiled.Thirdly, the hardware component and testing scheme of the noise and the position precision of bottom dead center of slide block testing system are expatiated in details, which are two key dynamic characteristic parameters of the press machine. The testing programs of the related testing system are compiled, including data acquisition programs and data analysis and process programs. Then their design flows are simply introduced. The result analysis and error analysis are done for the testing data. The result analysis demonstrates the validity of the testing system while the error analysis makes out that the precision of the testing system satisfies the engineering requirement.Lastly, all the research results of this paper are summarized and what should be done next is listed alike. |
