In recent years,the coal enterprises face the current situation of many,small and scattered.The integration of resources has become an inevitable choice.In order to provide a theoretical reference for coal enterprise resource integration,this article will study the impact of resource integration model on business performance from the perspective of dynamic capabilities.On the basis of summarizing the existing literature both at home and abroad,combining with the characteristics of the coal industry,this paper constructs the research framework of "resource integration mode-dynamic capability-enterprise performance".The resource integration model is divided into a policy-oriented integration model and a market-oriented integration model according to its integration causes.The paper uses double case analysis method to analyze M & A events of Luanhuanneng and Lanhuakechuang.The author concludes coal companies will change the company's dynamic capabilities through resource integration.Policy-oriented integration models and market-oriented integration models have different effects on dynamic capabilities.Second,market-oriented integration models can enhance the company's dynamic capabilities and corporate performance.Policy-oriented integration has no obvious effect on the improvement of enterprise dynamic capabilities and performance.
