In recent years,the development of the domestic mining industry has gone through a low tide.However,with the development of the domestic mining market,the demand for mineral resources has increased,and the unit price of mineral resources has been raised.Mining progress is showing new vitality.Blasting technology plays a very important role in the production of mine,blasting vibration effect can damage and destroy surrounding rock roadway,the filling and other important structures,and has a great influence on the quality and safety of ore mining,especially iterative blastings have more big damaging effect.Therefore,when blasting operates in underground mines,the vibration effect of blasting must be controlled,prevented and necessarily monitored.On the background of "research" mine blasting vibration propagation and influence on the safety of Dahongshan,according to a survey of the current situation of Dahongshan copper mine underground blasting,combined with the actual production situation of Dahongshan Copper Mine,the monitoring of production blasting in Dahongshan Copper Mine,on the 450 level 20~45 line,by regression analysis and monitoring data of the main faults on both sides of the regression analysis,getting the vibration velocity and vibration frequency of the traditional prediction formula.Based on HHT analysis,EMD decomposition,reconstruction and transformation of measured waveform signals on both sides of main faults are carried out.Spectrum characteristics and energy distribution characteristics of blasting vibration waveforms on both sides of main faults are analyzed,and the propagation law of underground blasting seismic waves in Da Hongshan copper mine is studied.The grey correlation analysis method is used to study the blasting source factors and non blasting source factors,and analyze the primary and secondary factors of the blasting parameters affecting the blasting degree of the Dahongshan copper mine.Depending on the arrangement results of primary and secondary factors,combined with PSO-SVM intelligent algorithm,a blasting vibration prediction model based on grey correlation analysis is established to predict blasting vibration speed and main frequency.Then,the prediction results of vibration speed and main frequency of vibration are compared to analyze,which are found that the traditional prediction formula is not applicable to the blasting engineering of the Da Hongshan copper mine.By comparing the dynamic stress ratio with the damage criterion,we can further analyze the damage condition of surrounding rock under blasting vibration combined with the actual situation of the site.The response spectrum method is utilized to get the velocity,displacement,absolute acceleration response spectrum and absolute acceleration standard spectrum,and the structural response of surrounding rock under blasting vibration is analyzed.According to the multiple criteria,the blasting vibration effect and prediction of the Dahongshan copper mine are studied more scientifically to provide theoretical guidance for the efficient and safe production of the mine.
