With the development of economy, the progress of the society, the growth of population, the global greenhouse effect becomes a common phenomenon, the greenhouse effect,it is caused by the increase in carbon dioxide emissions, and transport emissions of carbon dioxide is an important cause of carbon emissions increase.Shandong province is one of China's economy, but made a remarkable achievement in the economy at the same time, the fog also spread in shandong province,as the capital city of shandong province, jinan haze weather in all cities in shandong province, even also exists such tourist city of Qingdao haze weather. The change of environmental quality is very significant, seriously affected the people's quality of life,in order to improve the environment, reduce carbon emissions, the use of partial least squares method to the quantitative analysis of the influence the cause of the traffic emissions of carbon dioxide increase, think that economic development and cars is the important reason for the increase in carbon dioxide emissions of the transportation industry, should try to reduce car use, advocate the use of new energy vehicles; In addition,we must promote the development of green GDP.Economic development should be based on environment, without a good environment, there won't be a long-term economic development, must attach importance to environmental governance. In the forecast of traffic emissions of carbon dioxide on the method of using GM(1,1)model,the grey markov model and partial least squares regression model and GM(1,N)model for traffic emissions of carbon dioxide, the results show that the prediction accuracy of grey markov model relative to other model prediction effect is better, the available grey markov model to forecast the future carbon emissions.
