The fexitank is a new type of packaging for the transport of liquids.With the continuous development of container liquid bag technology,this mode of transporation set storage and transporation function as one,which gradually replaces the traditional canned transportation.The traditional container bag production is generally handmade,the production capacity is difficult to meet the market demand,the quality is not easy to guarantee,therefore,realize the automation of container bag production has the vital significance for reducing manufacturing costs,improving production efficiency and product quality,and as a matching PE cutting equipment,it is the key link to improve the efficiency of automatic production and the quality of the product.Based on the above reasons,this paper aims at the manual production process flow of container liquid bag,PE film material cutting equipment was designed to meet the automatic production line process requirements.Which mainly completed the following work:By retrieval and analysis of exiting cutting equipment literature at home and abroad,the common problems in the existing equipment are put forward.According to the technical parameters and process flow of the enterprise,the best design plan is determined.The structure design of the cutting equipment is completed by using 3D software Pro/E,and the functions of automatic unwinding,cutting,dragging and adsorption and lifting are realized,and the calculation and selection of motor,cylinder and guide rail are completed.The deformation of the pressure roller in the equipment is analyzed,and the modal analysis of the moving state of the drag and drop device is carried out.The pneumatic control system of the cutting equipment which include cutting device,dragging device and adsorption and lifting device are designed and simulated by using FluidSIM simulation software.The control scheme of the system is designed.The control system uses the Siemens S7-200 PLC as a controller to complete the hardware selection and wiring work.According to the operation process of each module,the program is programmed by STEP7 MicroWIN software.It provides an important theoretical basis for the production of PE thin film cutting equipment.
