Research On The Costume Design Of The New Historical Drama

The traditional opera costume art has a long history extensively and profoundly,the art sedimentation is abundant with the strong nationality and traditional characteristics.The costumes of the newly organized historical plays comply the country with the prosperity and development of the socialism literature and art,promoting the new age of the inheritance and development of operas and enter into the new creation period.There are three dimensions of the art innovation of the new historical plays,the first is the technology innovation,the second is taboo explosion,the third is the content update.At the same time,there are a lot of the innovative designs about the local customs and practices and the anecdotes of famous people emerging.It makes that the traditional opera costumes can't meet the costume demand after the play innovation.The task of creating the costumes for the newly organized historical plays is very difficult based on inheriting traditions.This thesis fully understands the art features of the traditional costumes,summarizes and analyzes the the positive and negative experiences formed by these artistic features,solves the problems of “the dialectical unification relations of inheritance and innovation” correctly and find the methods of the costume design which can serve for the new age plays.It analyzes the aesthetics orientation of the day from Chinese tradition aesthetics,on the premise of keeping the past good traditions,it designs a newly organized historical costumes conformed to the aesthetics of the day.
