As one of the pillar industries in Yunnan Province,the nonferrous metals industry plays a very important role in the economic development of Yunnan province.With the restriction of natural environment and social development,the development of non colored resources is low,but since the implementation of the western development strategy,the development speed of nonferrous metal industry in Yunnan province has been greatly improved with the completion of large quantities of infrastructure construction,such as transportation and electricity.But in recent years,the quality problems of non-ferrous metal industry such as overcapacity,irrational industrial structure and unbalanced regional development have become increasingly prominent.At present,the Yunnan nonferrous industry is in the key period of industrial transformation and upgrading.Therefore,the establishment of a reasonable evaluation index system for the quality of the development of non-ferrous industry to objectively reflect and evaluate the non-ferrous industry in Yunnan Province in order to improve the quality of the development of the non-ferrous industry,and to promote the transformation and upgrading of the color industry in Yunnan province is also of great significance.Righteousness.Based on the research results of predecessors,based on the background of transformation and upgrading,this paper studies the quality of development of nonferrous industry in Yunnan province.First,it defines the connotation of the quality of industrial development,analyzes the development status of Yunnan non-ferrous industry,and focuses on the construction of the evaluation index system of the development quality of the nonferrous industry.Then the main component analysis method is used to analyze the vertical trend of the development quality of the non-ferrous industry in Yunnan Province in the last 10 years,and the overall change of the quality of the non-ferrous industry in Yunnan is smal.But in recent years,the main reason is that the energy consumption is high and the competitiveness of the industrial market is not enough.By using the principal component clustering analysis method,the quality of the development of Yunnan and other provinces is compared and analyzed.It is found that the quality of the development of Yunnan nonferrous industry is only in the middle reaches,and is better than the lower reaches.The potential lies in rich coloured resources,many industrial inputs and large scale,and the gap between the upstream and non-ferrous provinces lies in the low industrial economic efficiency and lack of scientific and technological innovation ability.Finally,based on the analysis and research results,it puts forward policies and opinions on the existing problems of the non-ferrous industry in Yunnan Province,and promotes the transformation of the industrial development quality of Yunnan to promote its transformation.The completion of the upgrade.The innovation points of this paper are as follows: 1)clarified the meaning of the quality of industrial development,2)based on the background of the transformation and upgrading,the quality evaluation index system of the non-ferrous industry is constructed according to the theory of sustainable development;3)a evaluation model of the quality of the development of the colored industry based on the principal component analysis is put forward,and the non-ferrous industry in Yunnan province has been used for the years.We will conduct longitudinal and in-depth studies on the quality of development,and conduct in-depth analysis of horizontal regional differences in the quality of non-ferrous industry development in other provinces.
