Research On Farmers' Willingness To Participate In The Utilization Of Agricultural Waste Resources In Laixi City

In 2019,the No.1 Document of the Central Committee clearly proposed to promote the utilization of agricultural waste such as straw,livestock and poultry and agricultural film.Laixi City is a large-scale breeding market mainly for growing wheat,corn,peanuts,and breeding cows and meat sheep.The large-scale crop planting and livestock and poultry farming scale makes the amount of local straw and livestock manure large.The huge quantity not only affects the local ecological environment,but also affects the production and quality of life of farmers.In order to improve the production and living environment in rural areas of Laixi City,and promote the development of agricultural waste-related industries,the research on the willingness of farmers in Laixi to participate in the utilization of agricultural waste resources will be carried out.Based on relevant literature,concepts and theories,this paper firstly analyzes the main types of straw crops and livestock that can be produced in Laixi City by using farmer households in rural areas of Laixi City as research objects,using field research and statistical analysis.The main methods of agricultural waste,etc.,to understand the current status of straw,livestock and poultry manure resource utilization in Laixi City.By understanding the local situation,questionnaires were designed for straw and livestock manure.The study mainly used farmers from 6 local villages as samples and analyzed the sample data obtained.Second,explain the meaning and assignment of the relevant variables.Because this paper is to study the farmers' willingness to participate in the utilization of agricultural waste resources,the result is “willing”or “unwilling”,which is a typical dichotomous variable.Therefore,this paper chooses the binary logistic regression model for analysis.Y=1 is defined as “farmers are willing to participate in the utilization of agricultural waste resources”,and Y=0 is defined as “the farmers are not willing to participate in the utilization of agricultural waste resources”.Subsequently,SPSS21.0 software was used to perform multi-collinearity and HL test on the sample data,and then according to the model processing results,six dominant factors affecting the farmers' willingness to participate in the utilization of straw resources and the willingness to use the manure resources of livestock and poultry were obtained.Three dominant factors.It is found that the younger the farmers,thehigher their education,the greater the government's propaganda and investigation efforts,the more farmers pay more attention to their treatment methods,the higher the degree and enthusiasm for understanding and learning new technologies,the more they are willing to participate in the utilization of agricultural waste resources..Finally,the significant influence factors of the model are proposed to promote the farmers' willingness to participate effectively,that is,to improve relevant incentive policies,improve the collection,transportation and transportation system and supervision and inspection system,strengthen relevant technical training and increase basic scientific research investment,and adapt local conditions according to local characteristics.Cultivate the agricultural waste industry and introduce related enterprises to make agricultural waste truly waste.Through the transformation of consciousness,the economic structure and the transformation of farmers' behaviors will be promoted,the mutual benefit of the agricultural economy and the ecological environment will be realized,the development of agricultural circular economy will be accelerated,and the construction of beautiful villages will be promoted.
