Nowadays,in actual mechanical production practice,single-line lubrication and double-line lubrication are still commonly used in the iron and steel manufacturing industry,and even there are still many phenomena of equipment lubrication by manual.However,with the continuous development of industrial equipment,the demand for lubrication of equipment is increasing.There are many problems in the use of traditional lubrication methods.For example,equipment lubrication point can not be fully lubricated,parts will wear earlier than expected,and even more,will cause engineering accidents;oil wastes caused by excessive lubrication oil.It is difficult to troubleshoot the lubrication points which will affect the system's recovery and maintenance.The behindhand lubrication method leads to the high failure rate of the equipment,which affects the continuous and stable operation of the production.Based on the research and analysis of the development of lubrication system domestic and overseas and the pelletizing production line of Yangzhou Taifu Special Material Co.,Ltd,in view of the deficiency of the existing lubrication system,The thesis suggest using the PLC as the main controller,MCU as the slave controller and WinCC as the upper computer.A new intelligent lubrication control system is developed,which consists of lubrication station,control cabinet,oil feeder integration and computer monitoring,which can meet the complex working conditions of dust,high temperature and equipment lubrication requirements,and further improve the intelligentialize level of lubrication system.Firstly,the equipment lubrication of pellet production line is taken as the research object.Aiming at the disadvantages of low automation,simple function,unstable oil quantity and failure alarm,a new concept of intelligentialize lubrication is introduced,and the overall design goalof the control system is put forward to complete the overall framework design of the system.The selection of grease,the quantity of grease and the determination of lubrication period are detailed calculated.According to the calculation results,the selection of fuel supply system and control system hardware is detailed described.Secondly,the slave controller is the direct executor of the lubrication work.The control circuit from the main control cabinet to the on-site oil feeder is laid radially,which results in many electrical components,complicated wiring and difficult maintenance.In order to solve this problem,the single chip microcomputer is used as the master control chip of the slave controller,and an innovative control scheme is proposed,in which a bus controller is used to communicate with multiple recognizer simultaneously by means of 485 identifiers,and a bus controller connects all the intelligent fuel tank and the bus control cabinet signals,and the identifier decodes and compares the signals by itself.As a result,the wiring become simple and easy to maintain.And the PLC software program is written.according to the specific requirements of the lubrication system.Finally,the man-machine interface is designed by using WinCC configuration software to realize the monitoring and data collection of lubrication state.Intelligent lubrication system has been put into operation in pellet production line.It realizes automatic lubrication from lubrication pump to each lubrication point.The control system has stable performance and good control effect.It realizes on-line monitoring,dynamic management,energy saving and consumption reducing functions and so on.
