In the process of industries produce billet, billet marking is an indispensable part. With the rapid development of science and technology, industrial field of production automation requirements are increasingly high. The level of industrial automation has also become a key factor affecting production efficiency. To achieve the unified management of the enterprise management layer and on-site information layer is becoming more and more important, the configuration software came into being. Configuration software is a special data acquisition monitoring system software, the monitoring system designed with industrial configuration software can effectively realize the function of' real-time monitoring, information transmission, information storage and information query on the production spot, so as to ensure the production can be carried out smoothly and effectively.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1. As the cornveyor roller conveying hot billet to the marking device, conveyor roller bending deformation will happen because the surface temperature is too high, affecting the location accuracy of billet identification and marking quality. In this paper, Fluent simulation software is used to analyze the temperature field of conveying roller, simulate the effect of different cooling water flow rates on the cooling effects of the conveying roller,and combine with industrial water saving requirement to get the best cooling water velocity.2. This paper uses the WinCC configuration software to design the monitoring system,create the identification interface, alarm interface, status information display interface,real-time monitor the status of on-site industrial equipment intuitively and succinctly, and can effectively realize the industrial production automation, reduce the operator work load,ensure the equipment safety.3. Monitoring system create TCP/IP communication based on Industrial Ethernet technology, make PLC control system and WinCC monitoring software to establish communication and transfer data, archive the state information data and others, reporting and other operations, convenient for the user querying. Finally, the TCP / IP communication protocol is described in detail, and its creation process is introduced.
