At present,the automatic self-stacking spiral quick-freezing device is the most advanced quick-freezing equipment.The device has the characteristics of high productivity,high freezing efficiency,high automation,excellent hygienic conditions and small footprint.The demand for self-accumulated spiral quick-freezing equipment is great in future.Based on the analysis of the main structure and working principle of the self-accumulating spiral quick-freezing device,the factors affecting the freezing performance are studied,which provide reference for the flow field analysis and structural optimization of the device.The main content includes:(1)The working principle of self-stacking spiral quick-freezing device's composition system and device is studied.The reason that the quick-freezing device affects its freezing performance is analyzed.The optimization scheme and optimization goal are put forward according to the existing problems of the device providing a reference for heat exchanger flow field analysis and structure optimization.(2)The simulation model of spiral tower,air duct and heat exchanger was established.With FLUENT as the simulation software,the control equations including continuity,energy,momentum and turbulence equations are established.The differential format,the pressure correction method,the under-relaxation factor and the convergence criterion are set,which lays the foundation for the flow field analysis and structural optimization analysis of spiral tower,runner and heat exchanger.The experiment verified the rationality of spiral tower and heat exchanger model(3)Based on the finite element simulation model of spiral tower and air duct,the influences of the position of helical tower baffle,the opening structure of side chain plate,the airflow velocity,the air temperature and the density of frost on the flow field were studied.The impact of the uniformity of inlet flow rate.The influence of runner structure on the uniformity of the inlet velocity of spiral tower was also analyzed.Based on the influence law,the spiral tower and runner structure are optimized.The performance of the device before and after overall optimization was compared(4)Based on the finite element simulation model of heat exchanger,the influence of design parameters on the heat transfer performance of heat exchanger was analyzed by orthogonal test based on fin thickness,fin spacing,lateral spacing and longitudinal spacing of base tube.he results were analyzed by using range analysis and analysis of variance(ANOVA),and the multi-index comprehensive evaluation method was used to optimize the heat exchanger.The optimal combination of heat transfer parameters was obtained.
