Trimethyl phosphite is a very important synthetical intermediate of pesticide.This paper studies synthetical methods of Trimethyl phosphite,and analyzes the advanced synthetical methods.Now the national pesticide factories mostly use N,N-dimethylamine method and spasmolytol method.In this paper,we use the spasmolytol method,this method contains two stages.The first stage includes synthesis step,watering step and water removal step.In order to make the reaction faster and evener,there are puddlers in synthetical and watering tank reactors,and the reacting temperature must be controlled well.The second stage includes drying step and distillation step.In drying step,the remaining little water is removed.In distillation step,Trimethyl phosphite is separated from organic phase.This method which is continuous producing method,has high annual output and less waste.
