With the rise of carbon fiber material,carbon fiber three-dimensional fabric and its composite materials form a new material system,with carbon fiber fabric reinforced carbon fiber composite material as the most advanced new materials in the field of twenty-first Century high-tech products,with its excellent material properties attracted the attention of the world,one of the most hot and as with carbon fiber three-dimensional fabric preparation technology of the woven way with its high efficiency of production,has become the main research direction,this paper uses carbon fiber diagonal loom as the research object,the tension control of loom is studied.First,analyzes the influence of carbon fiber multilayer diagonal five system of loom warp tension changes,fluctuations in tension will directly affect the material properties of the fabric,so the tension analysis system is the primary task of the tension control,only an accurate grasp of the influence of main causes changes of yarn tension,can we the effective control of the tension change.Secondly,the system of the loom warp part is extracted,to send the spindle as the research object,established by part of the tension control model of feeding,the nonlinear system is linearized to get sent by the transfer function mechanism of the system,and then by means of fuzzy domain of intelligent PID control algorithm based on Simulation the part of the system,realization of stable tension control.Again,the loom system in the coiling part extracted with cloth roller as the research object,a thin layer of fabric tension can take part in the model,ignoring the fabric on the axis of the fabric thickness changes,we linearize the system,establish the roll transfer function of the system,and with the help of BP nerve the network control system,intelligent control system,simulation results indicate that the proposed control strategy of coiling effect part of yarn tension control.Finally,the system will send and take-up system unified consideration,with the Matlab Simulink toolbox built the tension control model of the machine,through the comparative analysis of the simulation of parallel control,master-slave control and coordinated control of coupling of the three different ways of control,and intelligent control algorithm is proposed in this paper before the cross coupled with fuzzy control strategy based on neural network is suitable for the tension control,and analyzed by Matlab simulation,to verify the stability of the system by the loom in interference and impact condition.Based on the main system two loom tension control:warp winding tension control system and establish model of system,with the help of advanced intelligent control strategy,finally build a collaborative tension control model of the machine,through system simulation,verified the feasibility of the control scheme,which laid a theoretical foundation for the tension control the realization of the loom.
